I have worked with several other webmasters and site design firms. I have also made a number of inquiries for price quotes to build a site similar to the site that iReadySites just completed for me. None of those other firms came close to meeting iReadySites in value for dollar invested. Other companies were 2 to 3 times more costly, and they generally had limited "free" support. These other firms touted "custom" designs and generally included extra hosting fees in their offerings. While I now have a semi-custom, template based website, it has a very professional feel to it. Plus I am able to host the site separately for under $100 for the whole year! Needless to say, I am happy with the results.
iReadySites continued to work with me to resolve my issues until a satisfactory solution was reached. There was never even a "suggestion" that this additional support would result in some sort of fee or payment.
