These Terms & Conditions govern your use of iReadySites.com, our hosted website platform, Website Management Center (WMC), website templates, platform tools, account support, and related subscription features. By using our website, signing up for a plan, making a payment, or using an iReadySites account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Business and Platform Description
iReadySites provides a subscription-based, cloud-hosted website platform for mortgage professionals and related businesses. Customers choose a website template, sign up for a monthly or annual plan, and receive access to a hosted website account and browser-based Website Management Center (WMC).
Customers do not download or install iReadySites software on their local computers or mobile devices. Websites are hosted and managed on iReadySites servers, and customers access management tools through a web browser.
2. Account Access and Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that all content, images, files, business details, license numbers, disclosures, and other materials provided or published through their website are accurate, lawful, and appropriate for their business.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all website content before publishing, including content provided by iReadySites, edited by the customer, generated by AI-assisted tools, or supplied by third parties.
3. Hosted Platform License
Subject to active payment and compliance with these Terms, iReadySites grants the customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted website platform, selected website template, WMC, and related tools for one customer website/account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This is a hosted service subscription. No ownership of the iReadySites platform, CMS, WMC, software, templates, source code, scripts, infrastructure, or proprietary tools is transferred to the customer.
4. Platform Ownership
iReadySites retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, Website Management Center, templates, layouts, software, scripts, design systems, proprietary tools, documentation, workflows, and related intellectual property.
Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, reproduce, transfer, or commercially exploit the iReadySites platform, templates, WMC, or related code except as expressly allowed through their active hosted subscription.
5. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of their business content, such as company information, logos, custom text, uploaded images/files, team information, license numbers, blog posts, and other materials they provide.
By submitting or publishing content through iReadySites, the customer grants iReadySites the permission needed to host, display, store, process, back up, and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the hosted website service.
6. Document Upload and Client Dashboard Features
Where document upload, client dashboard, or related account features are enabled, customers are responsible for determining what documents or information they request from their own clients, obtaining any required consent, reviewing uploaded materials, and complying with applicable lending, privacy, data retention, disclosure, and regulatory requirements.
iReadySites provides hosted platform functionality only. iReadySites does not review, process, verify, underwrite, approve, validate, or make decisions regarding loan documents, borrower information, mortgage applications, client files, or financing requests submitted through customer websites or dashboards.
7. Website Activation and Setup
After successful signup and payment, iReadySites will begin website activation using the selected website template and the information provided by the customer. Setup time may vary depending on customer response time, domain settings, payment status, technical issues, and workload.
Estimated setup or activation timelines are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Domain Names and DNS
Customers are responsible for registering and maintaining their own domain names unless otherwise agreed. To launch a website on a customer domain, the customer may need to update nameservers, A records, CNAME records, or other DNS settings with their domain registrar.
iReadySites may provide guidance, but the customer remains responsible for domain ownership, renewals, registrar access, and third-party DNS services.
9. Hosting and Email
Website hosting is included with active iReadySites website plans. Email accounts may be included subject to available storage limits, technical limits, fair use, and plan terms. iReadySites may apply reasonable limits to protect server performance, deliverability, security, and platform stability.
10. Subscription Billing
iReadySites offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The customer authorizes recurring billing according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Prices, features, and plan details are shown on the pricing page or agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current. If a payment fails, access to the hosted website, WMC, support, email, or related services may be suspended, limited, or terminated.
11. Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting iReadySites support. Cancellation may be processed immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the customer's request and account status.
After cancellation, the website may be disabled, unpublished, suspended, or removed from active hosting. Domain names owned by the customer remain the customer's responsibility.
12. Refunds
Monthly and annual hosted website subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the initial signup/payment date. After the first 30 days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated unless iReadySites approves an exception at its discretion.
13. Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation, iReadySites may retain website files, account records, and related data for up to 12 months for backup, compliance, account recovery, and reactivation purposes, unless the customer requests earlier deletion where technically and legally feasible.
iReadySites is not required to retain canceled accounts indefinitely and may delete website files, backups, email data, inquiry records, or account data after the retention period or where required for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
14. AI-Assisted Tools
Some plans include AI-powered tools for page drafting, blog drafting, metadata suggestions, content review, or related website management features. AI-drafted output may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording. Customers must review, edit, and approve all AI-drafted content before publishing.
iReadySites does not guarantee that AI-drafted or AI-reviewed content is accurate, complete, compliant, or suitable for a customer's specific business, licensing requirements, or jurisdiction.
15. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use iReadySites platform, hosted websites, tools, or related subscription features for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or high-risk activity. Customers may not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, misuse server resources, send spam, violate third-party rights, or publish content that violates applicable law or platform policies.
iReadySites may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account creates legal, security, compliance, payment, deliverability, reputational, or operational risk.
16. Third-Party Services
Customers may connect or use third-party services such as domain registrars, analytics tools, CRM systems, email marketing tools, payment processors, live chat tools, booking widgets, video platforms, or tracking codes. iReadySites is not responsible for third-party services, third-party downtime, third-party terms, or third-party data handling.
17. Payment Processors
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. iReadySites does not store full credit card or debit card numbers on its own systems. Payment processors may have their own terms, privacy policies, fraud checks, compliance requirements, and refund processing timelines.
18. Service Availability
We use reasonable efforts to provide reliable hosting and platform access. However, no hosting platform or online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Maintenance, updates, security events, third-party issues, network problems, or factors outside our control may affect availability.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, platform, templates, WMC, hosting, tools, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. iReadySites disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and suitability for a particular business result.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iReadySites, its owner, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, search rankings, inquiries, or customers, arising from or related to the use of iReadySites services.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iReadySites, its owner, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your content, your website, your business activities, your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
22. Changes to Services and Terms
iReadySites may update services, features, prices, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on this website. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
