Such files and information are made available to the customer account holder through the platform. The customer is responsible for determining what information they request, how they use it, how long they retain it, and their own privacy, consent, disclosure, and compliance obligations.

For customers using our hosted website platform, we may also process website content, uploaded images/files, form submissions, inquiry records, page settings, blog posts, analytics settings, metadata settings, and other account-related information entered into the Website Management Center (WMC).

Payment Information

We do not store full credit card or debit card numbers on our systems. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. These processors may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and support our hosted website platform, create and manage customer accounts, process orders and subscriptions, activate websites, provide support, respond to inquiries, improve our services, maintain security, communicate account updates, and comply with legal, billing, tax, and compliance obligations.

Website Form Submissions and Customer Data

If you use iReadySites to host your website, information submitted by your website visitors through forms may be stored in your account and made available through WMC. You are responsible for how you use, disclose, and manage information collected from your own website visitors.

If client dashboard or document upload features are enabled, uploaded files and related information may also be stored in the customer's account and made available through WMC or related dashboard tools. iReadySites provides platform functionality and does not determine, review, approve, or validate the documents requested or collected by customers.

AI-Powered Content Tools

Some plans may include AI-powered content tools. Information entered into these tools may be used to draft pages, blog posts, meta titles, meta descriptions, or related website content. Customers should review all AI-generated draft output before publishing and are responsible for ensuring that published content is accurate, appropriate, and compliant for their business.

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We may use cookies, analytics tools, server logs, and similar technologies to understand website usage, improve performance, maintain security, and support marketing and service improvement. Customers may also add third-party analytics or tracking codes to their own hosted websites through WMC.

Sharing Information

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate our business and provide our services, including hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery systems, support tools, analytics tools, security providers, and professional advisors.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, payment processor requirements, fraud prevention, security review, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of iReadySites, our customers, or others.

Data Retention

We retain account, billing, support, and website-related information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal and processor obligations, and support account recovery. After cancellation, iReadySites may retain website files, account records, and related data for up to 12 months unless earlier deletion is requested and is technically and legally feasible.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. However, no website, hosting platform, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
