Manager Liaison & Support

Coordinates client communication and support, helps manage website update requests, follows up on ongoing tasks, and works with the team to keep day-to-day client needs moving smoothly.

Manager Billing & Accounts

Manages billing and account-related matters, including subscription follow-ups, payment coordination and account updates, while assisting clients with routine billing questions and requests.

Arooj Sultan

Contract Developer

Works with team on client website design, development and ongoing support projects, including development on our existing platform, and occasionally coordinates project-related payment requests.

IT & Networks

Supports IT, hosting and network-related operations, helps troubleshoot technical issues, and works with the team on server, email, domain and infrastructure-related requirements.
