Platform Security and Data Handling

This page summarizes how security and data-handling responsibilities apply to the iReadySites hosted mortgage website platform. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Hosted Platform and HTTPS

iReadySites provides website hosting and SSL support with active hosted website subscriptions, subject to the selected plan, domain configuration, and supported technical settings. SSL helps protect information while it is transmitted between a visitor and a properly configured website, but no website, hosting platform, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Account Access

Customers use account access to manage supported website settings and content through the Website Management Center. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, controlling who can use their account, maintaining accurate account information, and notifying iReadySites if they believe account access has been compromised.

Website Forms and Inquiry Data

Information submitted through forms on a customer's hosted website may be stored in the customer account and made available through the Website Management Center. The customer determines which information to request and remains responsible for its use, disclosure, retention, required notices, consent, and applicable business or regulatory obligations.

Document Upload and Client Dashboard Features

Where a selected plan and website configuration enable document upload, client dashboard, or related tools, files and information submitted by website users may be made available to the customer account holder. iReadySites provides the platform functionality and does not determine which documents a customer should request, review or retain.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. iReadySites does not store full credit card or debit card numbers on its own systems. Payment processors handle payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and compliance requirements.

Third-Party Services

Customers may use compatible third-party services, embeds, widgets, analytics tools, tracking codes, CRM systems, email tools, booking tools, video platforms, or other supported services. Those third parties control their own availability, terms, security, and data-handling practices. Customers should review each third party before enabling it.

Retention, Requests, and Security Questions

Data-retention information and available access, correction, update, or deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy. Technical, legal, billing, security, account-recovery, and compliance limitations may apply.

Existing customers can report an account-access or platform-security concern to irs-support@ireadysites.com. Do not include passwords, full payment-card information, or unnecessary sensitive information in an email.
