30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Website Plans
Monthly and annual hosted website subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your iReadySites hosted website subscription during the first 30 days after your initial signup/payment date, you may contact us and request a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us through the contact page or email us at irs-refund@ireadysites.com. Please include your name, email address, website/domain, order details, and the reason for your request.
Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel their website subscription at any time. Cancellation may be processed immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the customer's request and the status of the account.
After the first 30 days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated, unless iReadySites approves an exception at its discretion.
Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle selected at signup. Customers are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if they do not want the subscription to renew.
Website Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, iReadySites may retain website files, account records, and related data for up to 12 months for backup, compliance, account recovery, and reactivation purposes, unless the customer requests earlier deletion where technically and legally feasible.
Payment Processor
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method when supported by the processor.
