
Question: Can I get assistance with transitioning to one of the new templates? I have not decided on a template yet but perhaps I can arrange a meeting with one of your associates to help me with selecting a new template and transferring my custom content. I don’t have much that is custom but there are a few things I’d like to retain on the new template where possible.

Thank you for your question. Since you are our client and this would be your first template change, there will not be any additional cost for the standard template switch included with your account.
You can choose any available template that fits your business needs. If you prefer to discuss the available options, please email us your requirements or contact support so we can point you to the templates that may be suitable for your selected plan.
Content wise, the newer templates generally include a similar website structure, with different home page presentation, section arrangement, and page headings.
You can switch unwanted pages off and add new pages through the Website Management Center, depending on the features included with your plan.
If you like a template but the color style does not match your logo or company colors, available color settings can be adjusted where supported by the template and selected plan.
Custom Content: Existing customer-provided content can be moved or re-added where supported by the selected template and plan. Please let us know which pages or content sections you want to retain.
Question: Can you please let me know if any of your templates are customizable?
Answer: Yes. The templates include editable areas that can be managed through the Website Management Center. If you can operate MS Word or a similar editor, you should be able to update common website content areas from within the Website Management Center. The available editing options depend on your selected plan.
Question: Is this user editable or will I need your services to edit due to market condition changes?
Answer: Please see the answer above. Routine content updates can be handled by the customer through the Website Management Center, depending on the selected plan and available website tools.
Question: Can I change the names on the links to have full control over my content?
Answer: Yes. You can update supported page names, menu labels, and website content through the Website Management Center, depending on your plan. Names on links are usually connected to page names or menu settings, and they can be changed from the available website management tools.

Question: Is there monthly/recurring fee?
Answer: It depends on the selected plan. If you choose a monthly or annual payment plan, there will be a recurring subscription charge according to the billing cycle you selected. iReadySites currently provides subscription-based mortgage websites.
Question: How long does it typically take to make a website available to visitors?
Answer: The standard onboarding time is usually a short business-time window after signup, once you have selected a plan, chosen a template, have business information, and domain/DNS details updated, you are ready to begin the onboarding process.
Actual timing can vary depending on the information you collect and want to add, domain status, DNS updates, and the selected plan. If you need to purchase a new domain name or update DNS records, the website may take longer to appear correctly on your domain.
Question: Do I need any technical knowledge?
Answer: If you can operate a computer, read and write email, and type a letter in MS Word or a similar editor, you should be able to manage many parts of your website with ease.
The Website Management Center allows customers to update supported website areas, add or edit pages, update existing content, add text, upload images, add links, embed YouTube videos, add Google Analytics code, add Facebook/Meta pixel code, and manage other included features depending on the selected plan.
Question: Can a video be loaded on the home page?
Ans: Yes. A video can be added to supported website sections, including the home page, depending on the selected template and plan.
It is important to note that directly hosting videos can consume a lot of bandwidth. For most customers, it is better to use a professional video hosting service such as YouTube or a similar service, then embed the video on the website.
You can upload your video to YouTube, copy the video link or embed code, and add it through the Website Management Center where supported. If you already have a Gmail account, creating or accessing a YouTube account is usually straightforward.
Question: Is there a control panel for me to make changes after its done?
Answer: Yes. The Website Management Center is available with eligible plans. It allows customers to manage supported website content, pages, forms, blog sections, settings, and other included tools depending on the selected plan.
